Accounts Receivable / Administrative Assistant

This role answers incoming phone calls, posts accounts receivable and processes daily deposit, helps troubleshoot issues customers have with their alarm systems, backs up scheduling and performs general clerical duties.

Key duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Posting accounts receivable, processing deposits
  • Provide customer service on phone with troubleshooting alarm issues and handling customer updates
  • Back up Scheduler to coordinate scheduling of jobs
  • General clerical duties
  • Call on past due accounts
  • Assist with troubleshooting alarm/camera issues on inbound calls

 

        Requirements

  • Candidate should have an AA or college degree
  • Experience/Knowledge in answering phones, answering customer questions
  • Experience/Knowledge in posting payments and processing bank deposit
  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills with an understanding of numbers
  • Excellent customer relation skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must have clean Driving record
  • No criminal record - all applicants will be fingerprinted and background screen performed
