Receptionist

RECEPTIONIST

  • Answer phones and transfer to appropriate team member
  • Greet and welcome visitors
  • File customer paperwork
  • Process important emails, faxes, and mail to appropriate person
  • Other duties as requested

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Determine resolutions for issues
  • Work with the office staff, manufacturers, subcontractors, and freight companies, as needed
  • Review vendor acknowledgements for accuracy 
  • Keep customers updated on progress of orders
  • Research basic information on prospects as requested by AR
  • Review information for accuracy and consistency

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Intermediate Skills with MS Word, Excel, and familiar with internet searches
  • Multitasking with ability to keep numerous projects in motion
  • People oriented, good interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details
  • Can work independently as well as with groups
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
  • Some prior office experience preferred
