Duties include answering incoming calls in friendly and professional manner. Communication with new and existing clients, as well as opposing counsel and their staff.
Translating for appointments with Spanish speaking clients.
Maintaining attorney calendar, including hearings, appointments, tasks, and deadlines.
Managing E-filing process.
Processing payments.
Maintaining client files up to date and organized.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual in Spanish.
Familiarity with legal terminology in Spanish a plus.
Professional telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, efficiently and with attention to detail with all tasks.
Understanding client confidentiality.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
