We start every recruitment process with a face to face meeting whenever possible. We know our clients are busy, but it’s important to us to meet and get to know you and your company. The candidate screening process at Pinnacle sets us apart from our competition. We screen every candidate thoroughly for every position we work on including: in depth interviewing, reference checking, background screening, credit checks, education verification, DMV history, and more. But we take it one step further by having in depth conversations with our candidates about what they are looking for in their next career move.

Psychology tells us that one of the most stressful times in a person’s life is making a job change. That’s big deal! We get to know our candidates on a level that creates trust because we genuinely care about them. That trust enables us to cultivate candidate- recruiter relationships built on honesty which allows us to place them in positions that really work for them, greatly reducing the risk factor in a candidate leaving a role prematurely.

We Match

At Pinnacle Recruitment Services our matching process is the only thing more unique then our pre-screening process. Because we get to know our clients and candidates at a cultural level, matching a job seeker to a job is a very personal interaction. We present candidates through thoughtful and planned process, with attention to even the greatest detail. Our clients are armed with all the information they need to review our candidates thoroughly. We don’t present candidates to fill space. If we only have one match, we present one candidate; If we have five, we present five, and so on.

At Pinnacle, we feel strongly that our clients pay us to screen out candidates. That’s why so many of our clients interview every candidate we present. Our goal is to make the hiring decision a very difficult one, not because there are no good candidates to choose from, but because there are too many.

We will advise you through the process to ensure you get the candidate you want.

But we don’t think the job is done after the first day. Pinnacle Recruitment Services makes a long term commitment to every candidate and client that the match will last, guaranteed. That’s why we follow up to ensure the placement is going well on both sides. We can provide feedback to both the employee and the employer to help the transition process go smoothly. After all, we know job changes and bringing on new people can be stressful. We act as a neutral third party to help relieve that stress and work toward a bright future.
