Our client is a health care provider with a close team of medical professionals located in the Central Valley area
Walk in Clinic/ Urgent Care:
- Where we get our new grads and our new providers started
- Two types of patients seen through the clinic
- Patients assigned to the clinic who already have a Primary Care Provider (PCP)
- Our job when we see these patients is take care of immediate needs and have them follow up with their PCP. Patients will have acute issue (cold, cough, earache, etc.)
- Maintaining continuity of care is a primary goal of our clinic. Patients get the best care when their PCP manages the patients’ healthcare needs.
- Patients assigned to the clinic who already have a Primary Care Provider (PCP)
- Our job when we see these patients is take care of immediate needs and talk to the patient about the need for having a PCP. Patients will have acute issue (cold, cough, earache)
- We review the patient’s chart and see what they need. Maybe they have not had a Physical in a few years or maybe they have not had labs or are an uncontrolled diabetic.
- We speak to the patient about the need to address their specific issues and inform them that we will help them get their health issues addressed.
- Our goal here is for the patient to establish care with you/us and follow up with you.
- This is how a new NP/PA can build a practice with us
- Usually takes about 6 months for someone to build a patient panel large enough to spend half their time following their patient's vs taking walk-ins.
Family Practice Offices:
- This is where our providers follow their panel of patients. All continuity of care happens in this department. Traditional family practice offices.
- This is where you will move to see your patients as you build your practice.

Pediatrics Dept
- 3 Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and 2 Pediatricians
Behavior Health Dept
- 1 Clinical Psychologist and 1 Social Worker
Specialty Dept
- ENT, Vascular Surgeon, Pulmonology, Orthopedic Surgeon, Podiatry, Endocrinology, Nephology, Neurology
Additional services that are not part of our clinic but are onsite:
- Radiology (X-Ray, Ultrasound, Sonograms)
- Onsite Lab
- CVS Pharmacy
Our existing Providers are open to mentor and train newer graduates. This includes procedures that they may have experience in doing.
