We present candidates through thoughtful and planned process, with attention to even the greatest detail. Our clients are armed with all the information they need to review our candidates thoroughly. We don’t present candidates to fill space. If we only have one match, we present one candidate; If we have five, we present five, and so on.

Our goal is to make the hiring decision a very difficult one, not because there are no good candidates to choose from, but because there are too many.
