Community Development Center Account Manager

COMMNITY DEVELOPMENT CENTER ACCOUNT MANAGER

The Community Development Center Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sponsor-specific, strategic approaches and sales techniques; Initiate, develop and secure sponsor commitments for mobile drives and fixed site events. This person will also enhance team capability by coordinating, collaborating, and cooperating with other managers and departments.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Meet all goals assigned
  • Proficiency in all tele-recruiter tasks
  • Schedule tele-recruiters and provide day to day leadership
  • Track donor recruiter’s production and hold accounts to goals
  • Provide annual employee evaluations
  • Participate in the development and execution of the market exposure strategy and plan, resulting in community-wide publicity, advertising and media management.
  • Work with other members of the recruitment team to ensure that goals are met
  • Train new employees in recruitment activities
  • Assist recruiters and other personnel in their daily recruitment activity and keep staff motivated and up to date on goals and campaigns
  • Design and implement donor strategy for promotion of center and mobile drives
  • Assist in maintaining positive and engaged donor relationships through current media methods
  • Lead the preparation of donor recruitment e-mailings and text
  • Work with other team members to ensure recruitment efforts are coordinated and that goals are met using all tools available
  • Work on special assignments as directed
  • Assist in scheduling and conducting in-service/staff meetings for tele-recruiters
  • Participate in daily operations meetings and other recruitment team meetings

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Supervisory experience
  • Some marketing experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work indecently as well as part of the team
  • Knowledge of departmental Standard Operating Procedures and policies related to position
  • Ability to build and maintain a sponsor base as well as meet mobile and fixed site recruitment goals
  • Possess initiative as well as  ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence others
